Kelly Fisher - President of Royal Renovations. Along with his wife Justine, they started Royal Renovations. Kelly oversees the office staff, production, and the company as a whole. He thrives on being involved on each job individually to ensure quality assurance. He is IICRC and Mold Certified. When not working, he enjoys boating and fishing on Lake Superior, spending time with his family.
Justine Fisher - Vice President and Senior Estimator of Royal Renovations. Her accomplishments are, Level 3 Xactimate, and a General Contractor License. Justine oversees the estimators and is in charge of our marketing. She enjoys, spending time with her family, 3 adult children and four grandchildren, traveling, disc golf, camping, quilting, and fishing.
Scott Hendrickson - Production Supervisor and is IICRC certified in water restoration. His duties include assigning the crews according to qualifications, experience, and likes and dislikes. He also works closely with our subcontractors. He has been with Royal Renovations since 1999. Scott loves spending time with his 3 girls. When he is not at work he enjoys working on muscle cars.
Tim Fisher - Production Supervisor; his duties include assigning the crews according to qualifications, experience, and likes and dislikes. Tim leads our cleaning crew and is IICRC certified in water restoration. He has been with Royal Renovations since 1999. When he is not at work he enjoys spending time with his large family of 8. He also enjoys camping and working on repairables.
Kyle Gay - Estimator; he works with our sub-contractors and adjusters to ensure a high level of satisfaction for our customers. He is IOT Certified Mold Technician. Kyle has a Communications Degree and Real Estate License. Kyle has been with Royal Renovations since 2008. He enjoys spending time with his family.
Jerrid Fisher - Estimator; he works with our sub-contractors and adjusters to ensure high level of satisfaction for our customers. He has been with Royal Renovations since 2004. Jerrid enjoys camping, playing ball, and hanging out with his buddies.
Melissa Hurt - Business Development; she develops business relationships with potential clients through, cold calls, leads, and trade shows. She has been with Royal Renovations since 2005. Melissa enjoys camping, crafts, and spending time with her family.
Jesse Schafer - Risk Manager; he is in charge of all hazordous aspects of our renovations, including mold, lead, and asbestos. Jesse also runs our employee safety program. He is certified by the State of MN in Lead Abatement and as an EPA lead renovator. He has been with Royal Renovations since 2004. Jesse also enjoys camping, working on cars and spending time with his family.
Jessica Thielen - Office Manager; she oversees a variety of tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.She has been with Royal Renovations since 2006 and is certified in First Aid, Hazmat L1 and CPR/AED.In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her niece.She also enjoys fishing, volleyball, hunting, and snowboarding.
Nick Neis - Crew Chief; he performs a combination of duties on construction projects, usually working in the demolition and build back areas, transferring from one task to another where demands require his expertise. He has been with Royal since 2006. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, playing ball, and riding his motorcycle.
Anneke Jenkins - Crew Chief/ Cleaning Specialist. She has been with Royal Renovations since 2006, and is IICRC Certified in Carpet Cleaning. When she is not racing she enjoys swing dancing, snowboarding, and hunting.
Jena Hannon - Cleaning Specialist. She has been with Royal Renovations since 2007. Jena enjoys camping, traveling, volleyball, and shopping.
Jerry Schafer - Production team since 2008. He retired from Elk River Machine Company after 30+ years. Jerry enjoys pontoon rides around the lake, camping, traveling, Suduko, playing cards, and family time. Janet Schafer - Cleaning team since 2006. She is valuable in many different areas of the company. She enjoys camping, traveling, working with flower gardens, playing cards, bringing treats in for the employees, and most of all she loves spending time with her 3 adult children, 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
